There are many Ezogiku restaurants scattered across O'ahu and the world; there is even one in Canada. None of those have Susan working there. I've been going there at least once a week for about four years now and she always has a kind word, a hug and a kiss. I swear she knows all the names of the customers that frequent Waimalu Ezogiku. As she greets you at the door with a smile, David is behind her hard at work making ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. - John , posted 08/14/05 |
