My friends and I have been going there since the grand opening. My personal favor is the fried tofu, which is make fresh daily on site, and also I love the simple honey toast with ice cream for dessert. The seasonal menu is great cause every few months you can try something new. If you go durring dinner time, I would sugest that you call ahead and make resurvations cause we been there at times and days, normaly resturants shouldn't be crowed, but they were and waited for over an hour. if you want sushi and maybe your friends aren't as fond of it as you are, this is where to go. they also have a selection of non-raw fish items and even some cooked red meat, for those who are not very adventurous. very interesting atmosphere too. like the set up. almost makes you forget your in Hawai`i... - ★Wednesdey★ , posted 10/10/05 |

Tired of traditional Japanese food? Shokudo has a nice blend of contemporary Japanese and Western items. The atmosphere is like a lounge, but you are not limited to lounge cocktails or tiny pupus. Shokudo is a perfect place for casual dining, parties, after work quick drinks...etc. You should try it. - Alex , posted 07/10/05 |
