Aloha All, This hidden Jem of a room will go to the right person to complete our cozy house. If you are the professional/grad student type that enjoys life and living with like minded conscious people, than this might be the place for you. We would prefer a female to maintain the balance of gender in our house. This room is easily the best room of the house by virtue of the view. The 220 degree view with a massive picture window will make sure you never miss a double rainbow hanging over the valley again. In the opposite direction, watch the sun set on Diamond Head from your bed. Outside the windows, a beautiful African Tulip tree adds the the view with year round large flowers. Below it is a yard with Bananas, Lemons, Avocados (big ones), Passion fruit, Oranges, and Papayas. The room is unfurnished but a hardwood floor, ceiling fan/light are there. A full bathroom/tub is shared with 2 other males and a female. A kitchen is shared and commonly lavishly spicy meals are shared with other room mates. We are gradstudent/teachers/professionals who enjoy hanging out at home cooking, making music,plants, and playing games on occasion. We are looking for the right person to complete our abode. We would like a drama free, respectful non-tobacco smoker (hukah OK) to fill this room. The rent and deposit is $758 utilities included. Washer and Dryer available, Dishwasher in kitchen, Street parking always available. We are on a hill in a cul de sac so no noisy cars drive by our house(Big Plus). You would have access to a huge living room (30foot ceiling with huge window), game room and out door deck/lani. Our back yard is home to many plants but room is available for gardening. The house is a 5 minute bike ride to UH and a short walk to the # 5 busline. Safeway is also with in walking distance. The room is available starting Feb 1st. Cats OK.
